My condolences, Leona, on the loss of your dear mother. You and I were living parallel lives with our parents for a while, and I'm so sorry your story ended the way it did. My very deepest sympathies to you and your family at this time. - Posted by: Lois (Friend of Michael Thompson) on: Apr 30, 2022

I was fortunate to be friends with her daughter for many years and during that friendship I had the good fortune to spend time with Mary. She always laughed a lot and we found a common sense of humour. It was a pleasure to visit her any time and to have a good ear to listen in on her storytelling. She is missed and will always be in our thoughts. - Posted by: Michael Thompson (Family friend) on: Apr 30, 2022

My sincere condolences. I remember your Mom just as you describe her. She was such a willing help when I was researching the Prairie Grove history. May your good memories of her bring you comfort. - Posted by: Diane Heather (Friend) on: Apr 30, 2022
