ASHTON KALIB GUIMOND
Suddenly with great sadness we announce the passing of our brother Ashton Kalib Guimond on April 29, 2022 at the age of 20 years.
Ashton leaves to mourn his guardians/siblings, Erica and Roger; brothers, Langford, Eric, Daniel; sister Krystal; nieces, Loveah-Leigh, Alrayah, and Ivy-Rose; grandmother Bernice, aunts, uncles and numerous friends and relatives. He was predeceased by his mother Kimberly Rose Guimond; and grandfathers, Marcel Guimond, and Ronald Desjarlais.
Ashton will be fondly remembered by family and friends as an avid athlete with a giant heart and willingness to give a helping hand whenever, and however he could. He was always smiling, and had a laugh that was infectious, he was the life of the party, and was always up to some mischief with his buddies.
Ashton was raised by many caring adults throughout his life. There are many people who considered Ashton as family and was often called a brother, cousin and son. Joy and her family in particular were like family to Ashton over the last few years, and always made him feel loved. He will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by all who knew him.
Wake services to be held at the Christ Church Anglican Hall, Sagkeeng, MB on Friday, May 20, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at St. Alexander Roman Catholic Church, Sagkeeng, MB on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at a later date.
