GARY WAYNE BEAR
February 27, 1960 - May 3, 2022


It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Gary Wayne Bear of Scanterbury, MB on May 3, 2022 at the age of 62.
Gary was predeceased by his father William Bear, his brother Craig Bear, his sister Cynthia at infancy; grandparents, Harriet and Colin Bear and Catherine and John Folster. Gary will be lovingly remembered by his children, Dennis (Kayla), Shian, Rachelle and his dog Duke, his beloved granddaughter Adeline, his mother Rose (Ken), his brother Raymond (Fran), niece Cindy (Isaac), along with numerous family members, co-workers and friends.
Gary loved to keep busy whether it be fishing, hunting, helping the community, working or spending time with his granddaughter. He truly was a jack of all trades he could build a house or fix a car, if he couldn't fix it he would always would find a way. He was a long-standing member of the B.O.N. Fire Department in Scanterbury, MB. Gary was always known for helping anyone in need and would give you the shirt off his back.

A private family ceremony has already taken place as per Gary's wishes with cremation to follow.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to any animal shelter in Gary's name.

Peacefully, on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at the St. Boniface Hospital, Winnipeg, MB, Gary Bear, aged 62 years, of Scanterbury, MB, passed away.
