LAILA CHAN

Laila Chan passed away at Misericordia Hospital on May 2, 2022. She was 89 years old.
Laila was born Lai Fong Wong in China. She came to Canada in 1960 and married Robert Chan in 1961. They were together for 51 years, until Robert's passing in 2012.
Laila is survived in Winnipeg by her son Kevin. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews in Canada and the United States.
The Chan family would like to thank all the doctors, nurses, and staff at the Seven Oaks Hospital and Misericordia Hospital for the excellent care that they gave to Laila.
According to her family's wishes, a private funeral service will be held.
