ALLAN DONALD SHUMILA
We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Allan Donald Shumila.
Allan passed peacefully at his home in Winnipeg, Thursday, May 5, 2022. He is predeceased by his loving wife of 54 years, Sandra (nee Fusrt) 1944-2016. He is survived by his sons, Darren (Crystal), Cory (Sandy); granddaughter and great- grandchildren.
Due to still present covid concerns, a small private ceremony to celebrate his life has taken place and Allan has been laid to rest with his family at the Mars Hill Cemetery. Thank you for all your prayers and well wishes.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Allan's name can be made at the Bergen Cardiac Care Centre, #363 – 383 Tache Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R2H 2A5.

This was my Papa, a man I respected and admired. He was direct and funny and I would always listen to his advice in his garage, when all would leave. He loved farming, classic cars/ a nice truck and showed me how to care for a vehicle with real chamois etc. He liked frying up pickerel on the wood stove, making sausage with his people. He was a great host. His love for hunting was something I would have loved to experience with him. The fire and playfullness behind his eyes didn't cease.
