Abe died peacefully at the Heritage Life Personal Care Home, Niverville, MB., on Thursday, May 12, 2022.
He is survived by his wife Ann, sister Eileen (Abe Friesen), nephews: Chris Friesen, Craig Fedorowich, James Fedorowich, Sean Fedorowich and their families; his brother-in-law Nic Fedorowich; as well as Ann's relatives in the UK and Australia.
He was predeceased by his parents John and Helena (Letkeman) Friesen, sister Helen, brother John and brother Edward.
A public memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB. To join the family via livestream go to www.birchwoodfuneralchapel.com.
