A Celebration of Life will be held for the late Mr. Gerald Switzer "Gerry" in Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave., Winnipeg on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. with a reception to follow. The family requests that all who attend are vaccinated and remember masks are encouraged.

I am saddened to hear of Mr. Switzer’s (never addressed him by name still can’t) passing, I always had the utmost respect for him and enjoyed many years growing up a house away. My most cherished memory was going with him and my father when I was a kid - first time fishing at the Switzer’s lake & doing a portage to the next lake.
