LUBOMIRA (MIRA) PRZYBYL
Lubomira (Mira) Przybyl passed away on Monday, May 30, 2022.
Mira (Otto) was born in 1930 in Warsaw, Poland and immigrated to Canada from Germany in 1954. Shortly after she married George Przybyl in 1956. They lived on Morley Avenue in Fort Rouge where they raised their two sons. In 2005 she moved from Morley in her last years she once again moved back to Morley Avenue to the Riverview Health Care Centre.
Mira was predeceased by George in 1995. She is survived by her two sons, Henry and Bernard (Shirley), her grandchild Jonathan (Kim), and her two great-grandchildren, Wyatt and Logan. She is also survived by her siblings, Richard (Ingrid) Otto, Winnipeg, Bodek (Kathi), Otto Maria (Dieter) in Germany. Barbara (Mark) Torchia had a special place in Mira's heart.
Mira was well known for her baking when the boys were growing up. She always had a container full of cookies when all the neighbourhood kids would come over.
Her funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 4 at 10:30 a.m. at Eternal Grace Funerals, 10-1111 Logan Avenue, Winnipeg, with lunch.
Interment will be at the Christ Church Cemetery, Stony Mountain, MB.
