VERNA JEAN MCPHEE
(nee KNOWLES)

Unexpectedly and surrounded by her family, Verna slipped peacefully into the presence of her Lord on Monday, May 30, 2022 at the Regina General Hospital.
Verna was predeceased by her husband David; her parents, Bill and Doris Knowles; and her in-laws, Peter and Elizabeth McPhee. She is survived by her daughters, Julie (Garry) and Sherilyn (Norman); her grandchildren, Morgan (Amanda), Carter and Caeden Macfarlane and Peter, Jared, Aaron (Nicole) and Jonathan Thiessen; great-grandchildren, David, Easton and Oakley; three sisters, Shirley (Wayne), Donna (Bob) and Ruthie (Jack); sisters-in-law, Betty (Jimmy) and May; brothers-in-law, John and Peter (Sue); and her many nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held at River Road Gospel Hall, 350 River Road, Portage la Prairie, MB on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. with a reception to follow. Viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. There will be a private family burial at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens following the reception.
