ERNEST (ERNIE) KOLTON
It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of Ernest Kolton on Friday, June 3, 2022 at East Gate Lodge in Beausejour MB at the age of 79.
Ernest is survived by his daughter Kim; grandsons, Ryan and Karl; brothers, Harry (Carol), Leonard, Kenneth, Dennis (Marilyn); sisters, Ethel, Judy and Diane; sister-in-law Donni and numerous nieces and nephews. Ernest was predeceased by father Samuel, mother Annie; sisters, Adeline and Betty; brother Randy; nieces, Heather and Sherri; brothers-in-law, Mark, Albert and George; and Kim's mother Sally.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 8 at 3:00 p.m. at Sobering Funeral Chapel, with interment in Mars Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Ryan and Karl Shewchuk, Harry, Leonard and Kenneth Kolton and Adriane Kowalik. Honorary Pallbearers are Wayne Lashek, Danny Mosquin, Alan Trumbo, Steven Holloway, Edward Schwark Wayne Stubel and Colin Kasmerski
If people so desire, donations can be made to the Beausejour Hospital TV Fund.

Condolences to Kim, Ryan, Karl and the Kolton family. So sorry to hear of Ernie’s passing. I will always remember Ernie as a happy, friendly, gentle man, who had the ability to make everyone feel like part of the family. Ernie did not like to sit still, he was always ready to meet up for coffee, lunch, conversation and many laughs.
