Harley was born on June 2, 2002 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He attended Ecole Powerview School where he made many memories and friends. He kept in touch with many of his teachers who he admired greatly.
Harley was an incredible young man with so much potential. He was very ambitious and was working on many goals. The most important, was taking care of his mother who he loved very much. Harley was always a pleasure to run into as he was always polite and friendly with everyone he encountered. Harley was bold, with a unique sense of style and walked through life with an open heart and mind.
