EDWARD ERNEST RATHBONE
The family announces the sudden passing of Edward Ernest Rathbone on April 23, 2022 at the age of 70.
Ted leaves behind his siblings; Judy, Gail, Tim, and Joan; nieces, Jennifer and Rachel; great nephews, Trey and Reshawn; and great niece, Shayla. Ted was predeceased by his parents, Doris and Bert Rathbone.
Growing up in Fort Rouge, Winnipeg, Ted attended Riverview and Churchill High Schools and loved basketball, Gondola Pizza, playing any card games, and backgammon. Ted moved to Edmonton and joined CN as a train engineer. He lived his best life and was able to travel to Jamaica often.
Ted was a friend to all. He will be missed. Special thanks to Richard Nicolson, Chris and Graham Underwood.
RIP TED
As per Ted's wishes, he has been cremated and a memorial Tea was held in Edmonton.
