ANTONINA ROMANO
(nee CARUSO)April 6, 1935 - June 15, 2022
It is with great sadness and much love that we announce the passing of Antonina Romano at the age of 87 years.
Antonina was born in Termini, Imerese, Italy. She came to Winnipeg in 1955. She enjoyed gardening and cooking for her family.
She will be deeply missed by her daughter Roseanna; grandchildren, Jordan, Christina, Dale, Savannah; and son-in-law Brent. She is survived by her brothers, Peter, and Joe; sister Josephine (Rolly), and brother-in-law Salvatore. She was predeceased by her husband Giuseppe; son Giuseppe; daughter Franca; her parents, two brothers and three sisters.
Viewing and condolences will be held at 10:00 a.m., followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 22, at Holy Rosary Church, 510 River Ave. with Father Sam Argenziano officiating. Entombment will follow at the Holy Angel Mausoleum, Highway #1 East at Navin Road, Winnipeg, MB.
