LAWRENCE LOEB

With great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, and grandfather on June 18, 2022.
He leaves to mourn his wife of 47 years, Janet, his son Chad (Adriana), daughter Kristi (Dan) and grandchildren, Christian, Shayla, Sophie, and Chelsea.
Lawrence enjoyed his many family camping trips and lately flying away for winter vacations to sunny destinations. He loved to dance and play with his grandchildren.
After a valiant, but short battle with cancer, may "Mr. Pickles" rest peacefully.
The family would like to thank the staff at St. Boniface Hospital for their compassionate care of Lawrence.
Cremation has taken place and a private family memorial will be held at a later time.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Lawrence's memory to CancerCare Manitoba.

  • Janet and Family, Our deepest sympathy to you and your family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. - Posted by: Tannis and Peter Magis (Cousin) on: Jun 30, 2022

  • We wish to extend our sincere condolences to Janet, and to your children and their families. We were so sorry to hear of Lawrence’s illness, and then his passing. I remember visiting the Loeb family farm in Lydiatt, and their family of 5 children visiting us 4 cousins at our farm. With the 9 of us, we played Fliers and Grounders (a form of baseball) until it became too dark to see the ball! Those were memorable times. May you find peace and comfort in knowing that Lawrence is free from pain and in the arms of Jesus. - Posted by: Dennis and Lillian Kozak (Cousin) on: Jun 27, 2022

  • Janet and family, thinking about all of you today and sending you my heartfelt sympathy as you mourn the passing of Lawrence. I fondly remember the days when we were all children. Our mothers were close sisters (Eliza and Edith) and we spent many Sundays at the farm in Lydiatt. Please extend my condolences to Lawrence's surviving brothers, Gordon, Brian and families and sister Diane and family. May God Bless you with His Comfort, Peace and Hope in His Eternal Love. - Posted by: Clara Zirk (Cousin) on: Jun 25, 2022
