Predeceased by her husband Bill Duxbury (2016); sisters, Mary, Ellen and Rose.
Anne was born in Toronto but lived in Winnipeg for most of her life. She took every opportunity to sing Winnipeg's praises, saying that it was a great city in which to live. She was employed at CN Railway for all of her career. She was a long-time member of Harrow United Church.
Anne's hobbies were many: Bridge, painting lovely ceramics, flower gardening (even on a balcony), attending concerts and plays. She was always the best dressed woman in any room! She was a doting "Auntie Anne" to many nieces, nephews and greats.
Auntie Anne, you are missed already.

Extending my heartfelt sympathy to the Duxbury family on the passing of Anne Duxbury. I met Anne 20 yrs ago when I was staff at the Canadian Cancer Society and Anne helped canvass in her building every April. I always looked forward to catching up with a coffee date - a dear soul.
