ALLISON LAURIE MARCISKI
Witty, intelligent, with a sharp sense of humour, cheerful, yet adventurous, kind and compassionate, Allison passed away unexpectedly but peacefully on June 14, 2022.
She is survived by her sisters, Connie (Ted) Eytcheson, Joanne Marciski, nieces, Allison and Connie Michelle Eytcheson, cousins, Dale (Gina) Marciski, Kathy (Carl) Walton, Pam (Russ) Sul, Stephen (Jen) Marciski, Corinne (Kevin) Howard, as well as numerous other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Michael and Marjorie Marciski.
Allison loved joking and teasing with her cousins and always enjoyed special occasions with the family. We all have some entertaining memories of those special times. She was adventurous and delighted in hot tropical holidays which she was lucky enough to enjoy many times with various friends and family. She loved being a Early Childhood Educator and treasured her special relationships with the children she cared for. She often told humourous tales of their antics. She showed her compassion in some of the moving and touching situations that she experienced with the families of the children she dealt with.

I was blessed to have known Allison for many years as her and I worked together at a daycare in Windsor park, Allison was a true friend, a confidant , a great teacher. She will always be in my heart and forever missed. Allison came to many gatherings at my house Her smile would light up the entire room when she walked in, from listening to her trips she had taken, to the stories she had about the children that were in her care. Allison and my husband loved bugging each other about anything, she was witty, charming , she had a contagious laugh and altogether a Beautiful Lady. You are in my heart Allison . rest in peace my dear friend . You will be missed by all who have known you. - Posted by: Pat Heyser (friend / co worker) on: Jul 28, 2022

I remember our chats on the bus when Allison attended McCreary School. We were the first ones on and the last ones off every day. She was always kind and caring. Last time I saw Allison was in 1990 at Glenella homecoming. A life cut too short. Condolences out to Connie, Joanne and families. Susan Puhach - Posted by: Susan Puhach (Neighbour) on: Jul 15, 2022

Allison is a big part of many of my best childhood memories. I have fond memories of her at sleep overs, birthday parties, playing school sports together in junior high, and "cruising" around town in her dad's truck. I am so sorry to hear that she has passed away. My condolences to her her sisters, Connie and Joanne and her many extended family members. - Posted by: Janice Miller (Childhood friend) on: Jun 27, 2022

Nothing will ever replace the space in your heart that your sister occupied. If you keep that space filled with her memory and your experiences together, she’ll always be there with you. Please accept my heartfelt sympathy Joanne to you and your family. You are in my prayers. Connie Michael (friend) - Posted by: Connie Michael (Friend) on: Jun 25, 2022
