So sorry to learn of Bob’s passing. I worked with Bob for several years in the operating room at St. Boniface Hospital. He was truly an anesthesiologist par excellence. It was many years ago when Open Heart Surgery was in early stages. Bob was one of the top anesthesiologists on the team. I also had the pleasure of “baby sitting” Jane Craig and Yvette. We considered Bob and June as good friends. My husband Cecil and I met at one of their famous parties. We moved to BC and over the years lost touch. Just want to send love to the family and say what a special person Bob was. - Posted by: Shirley Jagroop (Friend) on: Mar 11, 2023

Bob and Iris were great neighbors. Tom’s favourite story, they came for cocktails one evening. After receiving his glass of rum, set it down, walked next door to his home and brought back a bottle of Appleton. Tom has never preferred any other rum since! Bob was kind , had a great sense of humour and always inviting to their home. Our sincere condolences to his families, he truly made the world a better place. My heartfelt sympathies to the family. I knew Bob and Iris through my relationship with Iris’s children, especially my friend Ellen. A dedicated doctor and a kind man. - Posted by: Kathy Curtis (Family friend) on: Jun 26, 2022

I have such very fond memories of Uncle Bob. From his kind generosity, donating medical equipment to those in need in Jamaica. To his delicious werikas (spelling?) sitting on the deck of Sea Wyf at Silver Sands. Like my dad and the other Milner boys, he was kind, loving, and embraced everyone as family. He will be missed but his memory lives on. Love you Uncle Bob. May you rest in peace. - Posted by: Lesley Milner (Niece ) on: Jun 25, 2022
