I was blessed to know Iona long ago. We met while participating in the Dansaerobic and then Fitness First exercise programs. I was her instructor and she my most entertaining student. Her humour and fun-loving personality made our classes so enjoyable. Everyone had a good time while gaining health benefits. She was a wonderful Weight Watcher lecturer and her participation in my classes was a testimony that she practiced what she preached. Sadly time and circumstances led us apart but I will never forget her beautiful spirit. - Posted by: Lynda Jones (Acquaintance form the past) on: Jul 10, 2022
