I’ll always remember Neil’s wit, sense of humour, physical fitness and intelligence. As a child our son was friends with Cam, Neil’s son. He often would make me laugh regaling silly things the boys had done that day. His commitment to physical fitness was exemplary. Neil was in tremendous physical shape of which many guys, (myself included) admired. His intelligence was exemplified with Neil’s rapid promotion through the police services in Winnipeg and Ottawa.
