JANICE DALE JACKSON
(OGRODNIK)
January 3, 1956 - June 19, 2022
Janice passed away suddenly at home in Salmon Arm, BC at the age of 66.
She is survived by her life partner of 50 years, Greg, their children: Tyler (Jennifer), and grandchildren, Juniper and Heath; Lindsay (Robby); and Kayley, (cats).
Janice was born in Winnipeg to parents, Lawrence and Ann and grew up wrangling her brothers, Larry and Al.
Janice was a passionate teacher and was dedicated to improving the lives of children all over Manitoba. In 2001, she moved with her family to BC and became a full-time restaurateur. She loved working at the family lemonade stand at events all over the West.
Janice was a best friend to everyone she met. To meet her was to love her. We will miss her big smile and even bigger hugs.
Inurnment will take place at her favourite church in Caliento, Manitoba in the autumn.

Janice and I were classmates in grade 11 at Daniel Mac in Winnipeg. She lived across the street from me on Ingersoll St.. She had one of the most memorable smiles I can remember. I am very sad to hear of her passing. - Posted by: Craig Pospishell (Classmate) on: Jul 02, 2022

Remember the great times at Falcon Lake ๐๐, the campfires and the parties and laughing at each otherโs stories, missing those times and most of all the entire family, Rest easy Janice. Those memories keep us smiling as you always were when you were with us. - Posted by: Ken Hamin (Friend) on: Jul 02, 2022
