PETER BUECKERT
December 3, 1942 - June 26, 2022
Peter Bueckert passed away suddenly at his home in Winnipeg on June 26, 2022.
After a lengthy career with Motor Coach Industries in Winnipeg Peter chose Kelowna, BC as his retirement location. Recently he decided to move back to Winnipeg and was just beginning to settle into his new home when he passed away.
He was predeceased by his parents, David and Katherine (Wolf) Bueckert; his wife Daveen (Dae) Carmicheal; his partner Beverly Wesson (Sammi); his sisters, Katherine Ebner and Mary Gibbins; nephew Gerald Ebner and niece Wendy Bueckert.
He is survived by his brother Dave (Marianne) Bueckert; brother-in-law Frank Ebner; his nephews, Irvin (Shauna) Bueckert, Greg (Claudia) Ebner, and Ken (Maureen) Lowe; and nieces, Linda Fortier, Genny (Andrew) Wu, Gloria Ebner, Rhonda (Randy) Tyson, Caroline Gibbins, and their families, as well as many friends.
Cremation was entrusted to Voyage Funeral Home and no formal service will be held.
Donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
