CAROLE ANNE ROWLEY

Carole passed away peacefully on July 2, 2022 at the age of 79 years.
Carole will be lovingly remembered by her husband Calvin, her children, Jonathan (Kristen), Jillian (Ian), and her six grandchildren.
Carole was predeceased by her parents, Thomas and Florence (Betty) Reeve, and her brother Thomas. Carole and Calvin also sadly lost a baby daughter, Jennifer.
Born on December 18, 1942 in England, Carole came to Canada as a youngster and grew up in Selkirk. She married Calvin on October 9, 1965 and moved to Winnipeg, working as an office clerk at Richardson Greenshields for many years.
As a stay-at-home Mom, Carole adored being a mother and devoted her time and energy to her children. She loved animals, particularly cats. Carole enjoyed gardening and watching the Winnipeg sports teams, especially her beloved Blue Bombers. She had a wonderful sense of humour that was still apparent in her recent years as she lived with dementia.
Thank you to the tremendous staff at Donwood Manor who took such great care of our wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, 309 Eveline Street, Selkirk, Manitoba.

Condolences may be left on her tribute wall at www.gilbartfuneralhome.com
