  • Thoughts and love are with you, Jane, Zachary and family as you navigate this very heartfelt time with the loss of dear John. Very erudite and up to speed on current events, conversations with John were broad-based, informative, infused with wry wit and worthy of further contemplations. I am grateful for the friendship we continued to hold. John will be missed. May your faith and support bring solace in difficult times. May the happy memory moments bring a smile of gratitude for the times you’ve shared and the life John lived. • Jane and Zachary, We want to express our deepest sympathy to you and the entire family. We met John when Zachary started kindergarten. We were impressed by how well read he was, always on top of current events and fast to verbalize and argue concepts and ideology. His quick wit and intelligence shone through these conversations. John was the only man we knew who could paint an entire house with a hand brush, and do it well. We enjoyed the fun times, scrabble, crazy hat party, charades, and the social events we attended together. His care for his loved ones was admirable, and he truly was proud of his "Janey" and Zachary. May he Rest in Peace. - Posted by: Todd and Janice Dobson (friend) on: Jul 13, 2022

  • Dear Jane, Sandy and Wendy and families. So so sorry to hear about John's sudden passing. Last time I saw him was when he brought Bill to my dad's memorial service and I'll always remember his kindness and thoughtfulness in doing that as it meant so so much to me and would have done to my Dad. I have wonderful, loving memories of John as the cutest little boy ever and of the times when your mom would be willing to let us baby sit him for a weekend so we and especially my mom could enjoy have a little guy around to adore. I wish all of you much love and support at this time which I'm sure is so very difficult for you. With love ❤️Carol Ellerbeck - Posted by: Carol Ellerbeck (Family friend ) on: Jul 11, 2022
