DANIEL CLAUDE LABOSSIERE
July 24, 1964 - July 5, 2022

The kiss of the sun for pardon, the song of the birds for mirth, one is nearer God's heart in a garden, than anywhere else on earth.

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Daniel Claude Labossière announce his sudden and unexpected passing, at age 57, on July 5, 2022. Dan entered peacefully into the presence of his Lord without struggle or pain, after spending the day in nature - his favourite place.
Dan leaves to mourn his loving wife Debbie Lee, his daughter Roxanne Champagne and stepdaughter Jullen Dacia Bradbury. Also left in sadness and mourning his loss are his mother Annette Labossière, siblings, Carole (Maurice) Bouvier, Marcel (Patricia) Labossière and Micheline (Grant) Lazarenko, as well as nephews, Patrice, Joshua, Nicholas and niece Brittany. Dan was predeceased by his father Alain in 1995.
Born in Swan Lake, Manitoba, Dan forged his entrepreneurial spirit in a variety of professions, working in the entertainment field as an artist's agent before settling on a career in the finishing trades. He was known as a perfectionist whose dedication to his clients knew no bounds. Dan moved to British Columbia in 2000, where he met and married his beloved wife, Debbie Lee Bradbury Labossière. The two resided in Burnaby, later moving to Maple Ridge where Dan indulged in his passion for gardening, helping others and volunteering in the community. He will be remembered for his nurturing nature, his kindness, his beautiful bountiful gardens, and his wizardry in the kitchen. He will also be remembered for his devotion to God and his tireless work in bringing others to find Eternal Life.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the church of your choice or to the World Wildlife Fund Canada.
