E. LYNN LEMASURIER
(RITCHOT)

April 13, 1953 – January 11, 2022


It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lynn. She passed away suddenly, at home in Winnipeg, on January 11, of this year.
She leaves to mourn, her daughters, Kendall (Leonard), Corin (Kevin); grandchildren, Eric, Alexiss and Jonathan; great-grandchild Ava. Lynn also leaves to mourn her mother Iris; sisters, Mary Ellen, Barbara (Rick); brother Frank (Pam); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Lynn was predeceased by her father Frank.
Lynn was born and raised in Winnipeg, growing up in the East Kildonan area of the city, where she attended Munroe Jr. High School and later attending R.B. Russell Vocational School for high school, however, staying in the East Kildonan area her entire life.
Working at Kmart from her teenage years until it closed in 1996, Lynn raised her two daughters on her own, during which time she also worked at 7-11 part time. After the closure of Kmart, she continued to work at 7-11 full time until she retired in 2019.
As per Lynn's wishes, cremation has taken place at Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave. in Winnipeg.
Due to the COVID restrictions at the time of passing, no funeral service was held.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Bronx Park Community Centre, 720 Henderson Hwy. in Winnipeg, on Monday, July 25, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. This is an open celebration.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to any food bank or shelter in Manitoba.
