Our sincere condolences to Bunny and the Thievin family on the loss of this wonderful person. We always enjoyed his visits and stories at the lake. He was always willing to help anyone who needed it. The skunk bay gang will truly miss him. AJ & Karen Felbel. - Posted by: AJ Felbel (Friend) on: Aug 09, 2022
The reason we bought our place was due to Garnet driving Felix around the lake area. We fell in love with the property and bought the lot next to Garnet's place. Over the years, Garnet has been a good friend, always with a helping hand. He would share with us his tasty vegetables from his garden and always had a funny joke or story to tell. He was truly a good man and will be very sadly missed. We send our sincere condolence to Bunny and family. - Posted by: FELIX AND PEGGY JOSEPH LOT 21 (FRIEND AND CLOSE NEIGHBOUR TO GARNET AND BUNNY AT THE NARROWS) on: Aug 02, 2022

So sad to hear for Garnet's passing. I got to know him while he was Reeve of the RM of Rockwood and I was on the Teulon town council. I always found his comments helpful and always in the best interests of those he represented. He always tried to find the path that both councils could live with and take back to their council tables. He will be missed. My condolences to his family and friends. - Posted by: Mike Ledarney (Friend) on: Jul 27, 2022
