• The reason we bought our place was due to Garnet driving Felix around the lake area. We fell in love with the property and bought the lot next to Garnet's place. Over the years, Garnet has been a good friend, always with a helping hand. He would share with us his tasty vegetables from his garden and always had a funny joke or story to tell. He was truly a good man and will be very sadly missed. • So sad to hear for Garnet's passing. I got to know him while he was Reeve of the RM of Rockwood and I was on the Teulon town council. I always found his comments helpful and always in the best interests of those he represented. He always tried to find the path that both councils could live with and take back to their council tables. He will be missed.
