It is with heavy hearts the family of Charles N. Rubin announce his passing on July 31, 2022.
Funeral services will take place graveside at the Shaarey Zedek Cemetery on Armstrong Street at Main in Winnipeg on Thursday, August 4, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. Please proceed to Area 2, Section J, Row 8, Plot 1.

Baruch Dayan Emet I grew up up with this towering figure of a man in my life and always remember his stories of the Lakehead, the law, and hunting, just to name a few memories.
