• To all of Lou's famliy and friends, please accept my deepest condolences on the passing of Lou, I have known Lou for over 40 years as a member of UA Local 254 and as a working jounreyman welder and friend. Lou was one of the best pipeline welders in Manitoba and a pleasure to work with, when there was pipeline going and no matter what Province or contractor there was allways a name request for him. • My deepest sympathies to my 2nd cousin Lucille (Grenier) Laurencelle and family. I am your little cousin thru the Chartier/Girouard branch. I only remember meeting the boys in the 1970's in St. Norbert when my cousin Roland, Philip and Denis Girouard introduced us, as they are the sons of Arthur Girouard and Marie Cadieux. My parents are Adrien Girouard and Beatrice Champagne formerly of st. Norbert.
