HARRY WOZNEY
Harry was born a gifted musician in Yorkton/Kessock, Saskatchewan. At the age of 18, he moved to Winnipeg where he eventually landed his career job at MTS. Not long after, he met and married his wife Jo Anne of 56 years.
Throughout the years, they enjoyed many vacations and fishing trips with friends and family. They purchased a summer place at Heather Game and Fish in Lac Du Bonnet, Manitoba. Here they spent 30 years meeting new friends, playing music, fishing and drinking beer.
Harry retired from MTS after 37 years and then started his own company "Harry's Home Services." He finally retired for good at the age of 65.
Harry will forever be remembered for his passion for musical instruments. He was able to play every imaginable instrument, as well as making a few of his own along the way.
Harry was the most kind and friendly person you ever met and that's why everyone knew him as "Happy Harry." We will always miss his pearly whites.
Out of respect for Harry's wishes, there will be no funeral service .

My most sincere condolences to you Aunt Joanne, cousins Barb, Glenn and his family. Harry was the best uncle a person could ever want. I always enjoyed visiting with him. He will be missed. I am sorry I did not get to see him one more time. I am planning a visit in September, Harry and Joanne were at the top of my list. Music, music, music. Oh such good times! There are too many memories of this dear friend to be shared in this space. Harry was a close family friend, close to my oldest brother Bernie, but a friend to us all. He was a guest at our family home many times through the years, and song and music were a big part of that. My fondest memory of Harry was a fishing trip and weekend get together at Catherine lake in the Lake of the Woods area. Endless fun, and endless laughter. Thank you, Harry, for enriching our lives with your grace and goodness. My sincerest sympathies to JoAnn and Barb and Glenn in their loss. - Posted by: Dr. Lillian Hrabchak (Friend ) on: Sep 04, 2022

We had been Harry and Joanne's neighbors for more than 40 years. During that time Harry always had a great big friendly smile and hello or chat. As Larry passed away June 2021 we know the huge hole that's left in our hearts and family when losing a husband and father. Know that we are thinking about you Joanne and family.
