  • Our deepest condolences to Italia's husband Frank, children: Carmela, Salvatore and Lucio and extended family during this time for the loss of a beautiful soul. Your mother/ wife was an amazing woman and she will truly be missed. A mother is with you always, first in the lifetime and then in your memories. You are all in our thoughts and prayers. We are very sorry for your loss. - Posted by: SUSANNA AND TONY SACCO (FRIEND) on: Sep 16, 2022

  • Vena Family, My thoughts and prayers are with you and your families. Your mom always took the time to chat or say hello to me whenever we crossed paths. Although no words can help to ease your loss, may the beautiful memories of your mom bring you peace during this difficult time. With heartfelt sympathy, thinking of you all and keeping you in my prayers. - Posted by: Grace Provenza (Family Friend) on: Sep 16, 2022

  • My heart aches with her loss. I was fortunate to have had her in my life as my mother-in-law for 25 years. Her love for me was unconditional, her smile infectious and her laugh lit up a room. I could not have asked for a better second mom for myself and a better grandmother for my two children. Together with my second father, Frank, I was blessed. Even through the changes in circumstances these last 4 years the love between us continued. Last Saturday I was able to see her for the last time. We held hands, we spoke through our eyes and I gave her a kiss and she kissed me back and waved goodbye. I will miss your voice; I will miss your smile – I will miss you making me a coffee. • I am her grandmother's long time friend. I was very sad to hear she passed away. I remember when we were teenagers, we would always go to her grandparents house. Mrs Vena always treated me like family. Sending love to the family. - Posted by: Tara-Lynn Reeves (Family friend ) on: Sep 15, 2022

  • "Italia" and Cicco Vena were very close friends with my grandparents. They were always kind and friendly to me. Concetta, which coincidentally I didn't know was her first name until today. We used to always just refer to her by the nick name, "Italia." I have no story to offer, just a heartfelt sympathy for their family's loss. - Carmine Fiorillo - Domenico and Rosa's son - Posted by: Carmine Fiorillo (family friend) on: Sep 15, 2022
