BEVERLY JOAN BAKER
(WYLIE)

November 27, 1932 - September 13, 2022

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Beverly leaves to mourn her four children, Janice (Roger), Tom (Abbi), Ian and Brenda (Bruce); daughter-in-law Kim, and sister Louise and niece Sherry. She also leaves 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Beverly was predeceased by her husband George of 63 years in 2018; her parents, Dagmar in 1943, and Andy in 1982; her stepmom Patrica, and son-in-law Leo.
Beverly was a stay at home mom for many years and then she worked at the Cambrian Credit Union for many years. Mom played Bingo for over 50 years until her eyesight made it impossible to play.
A private service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Windsor Park United Church, 1062 Autumnwood Drive or a charity of your choice.

  • My condolences in the loss of a lovely lady. Bev was a bingo friend of my mom's (Lois Hurdle) back in the 60's and 70's. They had a lot of fun. We all went to school together, Janice and I from Kindergarten to High school and our mom's would play penny Bingo on some afternoons and a girls night out once or twice a week for a game of Bingo and Camaraderie. Simpler happy times. I hope they meet in heaven and play a heavenly game of Bingo. - Posted by: Debbie Kolaski (Friend) on: Sep 17, 2022
