Condolences & Memories (4 entries)
We moved across the street from Joan and Herb when we purchased our first house while we were in our early twenties. Joan and Herb both took us under their wings and often offered us various tools to borrow while we worked on our yard as well as offering encouraging words of wisdom and support. After Herb passed away, Joan continued to be a kind and supportive friend and neighbour. Although we lost touch after we moved away, I have often thought about Joan and wondered how she was doing. I just happened across her obituary and am saddened by her passing and Ben and I would like to offer our condolences to her family. We were always remember her as a kind and loving individual who impacted our lives in a positive way. May she rest in peace. - Posted by: Ruth and Ben Lee (Old neighbours ) on: Sep 25, 2022
