WILLIAM (BILL) LONG
It is with great sadness that the family of William "Bill" Long announce his passing on September 19, 2022 at the age of 91.
Bill will be lovingly remembered by Margaret, his wife of 67 years; son Mitchell (Lynda); son-in-law Scott; grandchildren, Matthew, Martin (Marie), Alison (Grant), Douglas (Meghan) and great-grandchildren, Zoey and Max. Bill was predeceased by his daughter Karen.
Bill had a long career with Canadian National Railways. After retirement, Bill and Margaret moved to Kirchoff Gardens where they made many friends. They also spent many happy summers in their travel trailer at Spruce Sands Trailer Resort.
Memorial donations in Bill's name may be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society, 45 Hurst Way, Winnipeg, MB R3T 0R3.

Condolences from all of the Blais family. Bill and Margaret were such dear and good friends to our parents. I always will be thankful for how Bill chauffeured my mom and Margaret around after my dad died.
