DRIVER: Dean Steven, July 15, 1981 - September 6, 2022. On Tuesday, September 6, 2022, Dean was called by God to end his pain of a very rare stomach cancer for the last 10 months. He was a strong, wonderful, and gentle hearted man who lived in many places over his life. For the last six years Dean worked as a security guard at a plant in Brandon, Manitoba. He made sure that all who met him in his life knew how much care he had to give, no matter who they were. He enjoyed playing video games, doing outdoor activities, and social recreations when he was able to. Born at the Lindsey General Hospital, he was the first grandchild to Elmer and Joan Harris, along with Keith and Anne Driver. He will be greatly missed by his parents John and Barbara Wilson, siblings Crystal, Megan and Benjamin, step-sisters Kerri (Bruce) and Melody (Robert), girlfriend Cheryl, along with many other relatives. He was a man many will never forget, and he will be dearly missed. Rest in peace Dean, as we will see you soon. In Dean's wishes he was cremated with no formal service to be taken place. We wish to give a great amount of gratitude to the doctors, nurses, and staff at the B.R.H.C., Cancer Centre, those in Bancroft, Ontario, and many others who helped Dean throughout these times. Donations in memory of Dean may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, or a charity of one's choice.
