JAMES SIMBA PASSEY


Peacefully, on September 21, 2022, James SIMBA Passey, husband, father, brother, uncle and trusted friend said goodbye.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 61 years, Kaye; daughter Kim; grandsons, Josh (Elisa) and Ben (Melanie); sister-in-law Belle (Jim); beloved great-grandchildren and family and friends too many to mention.
He is at peace as he joins his dear son Darrell (Donna).
As per his wishes, a private celebration is planned.


We will never forget you,
we will love you forever.

  • My sincere condolences to Jim's Family. I started working for the Fort Garry Police Department in 1964. I met Jim when he was on the Fort Garry Fire Department. We lost track of each other after the Departments amalgamated.. He was a great fun loving guy & a good friend. So sorry to read of his passing.
