• Even though the years have strained our ability to connect; I have always carried a special place in my heart for Daniel and the rest of the Evanochko family. To the family and friends of Dan, my thoughts and prayers go out to you during this moment of deep sorrow. Growing up with many memories of play and shenanigans; Dan and I would find ourselves laughing just as much while having fun or as we made our way from being scolded for some childhood prank on our sisters. When together, we protected each other from the strangeness of the world and in other moments we would lavish within it. Our love for music, kept us rocking out to countless bands, Metallica and Megadeath are two of which I can not listen to without memories of Dan. Dan was my closest friend in those earlier years, my cousin and family in my heart since birth. The joy Dan brought to us all will remain with us in our hearts.
