EDWARD HILDERMAN
Surrounded by love, Edward Hilderman passed away at the age of 91 on September 29, 2022.
Left to forever cherish his memory are his children, Erin, Doug and D'Arcy; grandchildren, Cassidy; Shelby, Troy, Chantelle and Joy; Stephanie, Katie and Holly, as well as their spouses. Also great- grandchildren, Dani, Dallas and Wilder.
Dad loved many things but he had no greater love than he did for the Lord, his family and the Green Bay Packers. Anyone who knew him knew those were his passions and although there is so much more we can say about our wonderful Dad, we would like to share all our treasured memories in person with family and friends.
We are truly blessed to have had one of the finest human beings to walk this earth as our Father and Grandfather. We will forever remember him, his love and lessons in the best of memories and carry proudly our roles as his living legacies.
No service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to ADRA or Tails of Freedom.
Sleep well our hero
until we are together again.

Mr. Hilderman was truly one of the finest humans on the planet. He loved his family fiercely and gave so much to the community year after year. I feel so grateful to have had him coach me for ringette as a youngster. He was always so fun, kind and energetic and passed these traits on to his awesome children. May God bless and keep you along with your beautiful wife. xxoo Rennae - Posted by: Rennae ( Leydier ) van der Laan (Family friend) on: Oct 11, 2022

He was my oldest living friend. As boys, we grew up attending the Winnipeg German SDA church on the corner of Mountain and McKenzie. We both played the violin and occasionally played for the church service. We lost contact with each other for some 70 years but found each other again recently. I was thrilled to find him and talk to him, if even rarely. I kept in touch with him on a weekly basis through the media. Rest in peace, my friend. - Posted by: Gery Friesen (Friend) on: Oct 09, 2022
