IRENE ISABEL STAUB
June 29, 1932 - October 1, 2022
It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Irene Staub at the age of 90, at the Seven Oaks General Hospital.
She leaves to mourn husband Raymond of 41 years, her three sons, Darryl (Dina), Dean and Craig Goodchild. Grand-daughter Sydney (Melvin), great-granddaughters Skyler and Emerson, daughter-in-law Suzanne Germain, as well as extended family and friends.
Irene was predeceased by her parents Frederick Jones and Emily Jeffery, her brothers Bob, Harry, Fred and Dave. Her sisters Audrey, Edna and Edie. Over the years Irene and Ray loved to spend time at the cabin, 1st at Wendigo, Lac du Bonnet, then at Auglen Park, Lee River. Thirteen winters were spent at Bradenton, Florida.
Special thanks to Dr. C. Lafournaise, nurses and staff who kept Irene comfortable in her last days.
Cremation has taken place and no service is her last wish.
Transcona Cemetery is in charge of remains in Columbarium.
