DONALD ALEXANDER CURRIE
January 4,1932 - October 4, 2022
It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of our dearly loved father, Donald Alexander Currie, on October 4, 2022, at Seven Oaks Hospital, Winnipeg, Manitoba, at the age of 90. Even at this tender age his passing was sudden and shocking to his family.
Donald was predeceased by his wife, Shirley, his late father, Bruce, his mother, Gladys, and siblings, Doug (wife Myra), Bob (wife Gayle), Jim (wife Millie) and Bernice (husband Lorne).
Donald left behind his loving and devoted children, Donald Bruce (wife Colleen), Gordon Thomas, Karen Heather (husband Scott), grandchildren, Jeremy James, Tamara Dawn (husband Richard), Jeffrey Brian (wife Lynnsay), Courtney Anne Ivy (husband Brandon), Conner Alexander, Joshua Douglas, MacKayla Jane, Holly Beryl, and great-grandchildren, Riley, Jacob, Bailey, Scarlett, Colton and Malcolm as well as his numerous sisters and brothers-in- law, nieces and nephews.
A funeral will take place Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home and Cemetery.
