  • Great nurse, great laugh, great friend, great woman. - Posted by: Robin (Coworker ) on: Oct 30, 2022

  • Con was a very special friend to me. We go way back to the Canadian Wheat Board days. She was the warmest, dearest caregiver and friend that I’m honoured to have in my life. The angels have a special golden star. - Posted by: Elva Berry ‘Ebby’ (Dear Friend ) on: Oct 18, 2022

  • I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Con’s passing! My sincere condolences to Brian and family. I met Con way back in the 1980’s when we were classmates in the HSC RN program. We spent lots of time laughing and supporting each other through our training. She was always ready for a chat, maybe a cig… or two :) and we always enjoyed great laughs. My fav times were our debriefing sessions after our crazy learning days on the wards. I will remember her always with warm feelings and a smile. Sincerely, Nancy. - Posted by: Nancy (Charge) Brown (Classmate) on: Oct 18, 2022

  • I worked with Con in the MICU in the 90’s. She was a very caring and respected nurse and was great to work with. Always liked her lines taped in an orderly fashion. Dave Silver - Posted by: Dave Silver (Former co-worker ) on: Oct 16, 2022

  • Such sad news and such a terrible loss. My condolences to Brian and to Connie's extended family. May you keep her in your hearts for all the years to come. - Posted by: Mark Landy (Friend) on: Oct 13, 2022

  • Con(NOT ever Constance!) was such an amazing gifted caring and spiritual soul. She had an deep work ethic always giving 150% in every area of her nursing career. She was passionate, vibrant, dramatic and committed to achieving and excelling in her work challenges- especially her years as a research and data collector assisting in its program development- truly no easy task. Her sense of humor and laughter could raise all up in a flash. Catholic Women's League benefitted tremendously from her years of service...a real devotion reflecting her Faith. I learned much being her friend over the years and am truly blessed to have known her for the time shared through them all...it will be difficult to truly appreciate such a loss. - Posted by: Louise Lemoine (Friend and former Co worker) on: Oct 13, 2022

  • Condolences to Brian and Con’s family. I worked with Con in the ICU at HSC. She was such an outgoing and fun person to work with. We became friends working as a team for the ICU yearly conferences. We went to journal club together for a few years. She never skipped the opportunity to send well wishes for any occasion that was special. I will miss that. Rest in Peace Con. Rhonda & Francis - Posted by: Rhonda Usunier (Friend) on: Oct 13, 2022
