ERIC BANKS
December 16, 1955 - October 14, 2022
It is with broken hearts that we sadly announce that Eric Banks passed away unexpectedly, at home, on Friday October 14, 2022.
Eric is survived by his wife Kelly, his children, Christopher and Allison, their fiancés, Cindy and Jaydon, and his sister Loree (Lionel).
Eric will also be missed by his mother-in-law Donelda, and Kelly's siblings, Diane (Tony), Darren (Tammy), Drew (Anne), numerous nieces and nephews, and his cousins, Mike, Glen, Mark, Grant, and their families.
Cremation has taken place and a private family memorial service is being held.
Eric had a gentle soul, a warm heart, and a very dry sense of humour that we will miss incredibly.

I am shocked and deeply saddened on hearing of Eric's sudden passing. Eric was a great guy and so easy to work with. A true gentleman, and very funny - he always had that twinkle in his eye. Sad to hear the news of Eric’s passing. I have many great memories working with Eric and many other coworkers at Great-West Life. Very sad to hear of the passing of Eric He was a very calm, level headed man man who is a joy to speak with be quiz he always calmed you down just with the easy way he spoke It didn't matter what type of stress the day brought going to speak with Eric just wiped it all away I still remember the day that he retired from great West life. I can still recognize Eric Bank's photo decades after we were friends in Elementary School. He was indeed and kind and gentle soul his entire life. He stands out as a good and decent man that I had the honour to know.
