Condolences & Memories (4 entries)

  • We lived on your street years ago, and Lillian was such a lovely, gentle, friendly person. Vern, we saw you often as a good friend of our children, and Bev, you were our babysitter! You've lost a beloved mom. My family and I send our deepest condolences to you and your family in your loss. - Posted by: Jean Ogren (former neighbour, family friend) on: Oct 28, 2022

  • My deepest sympathy to the family on the passing of your mom and Baba. I have fond memories of Lillian from childhood days growing up in Winnipeg and seeing her in my adult years after I moved. We were neighbours and as kids we played with her kids and were treated as one of the family. Lillian was a "warm" caring person with a gentle soul and a good sense of humour. May you Rest in Peace, Lillian, and bring joy to those in Heaven! - Posted by: Edie (Family Friend) on: Oct 27, 2022

  • Deepest Sympathy to the family on the passing of mom and baba. I know the times I was at Lilly's place she never let you leave without feeding you and making you feel welcome. For years she would send me a birthday card and always had a funny joke which made me laugh, they were so funny. Whenever we were together we always had really nice conversations. REST IN PEACE LILLIAN! Lorna Mankir and John and Judy Smitiuch - Posted by: Judy Smitiuch (Family Friend) on: Oct 25, 2022

I have great memories of your Mom, Like taking my mom and your mom to church, especially when we would take our Easter baskets to get blessed.
