BRUCE MOORE
Bruce Carmen Moore, 76 years of age, passed away peacefully Friday, October 21, 2022 surrounded by his loved ones at his residence.
He was born in Kentville, Nova Scotia on June 9, 1946, son of the late George Henry and Ruth Barbara (Carroll) Moore.
After finishing his schooling in Nova Scotia, Bruce moved to Winnipeg, MB. He spent a period of time in Stratford, PEI, moving to Cranbrook, BC in 2017.
He is survived by his beloved spouse of 36 years, Katherine Schultz, his daughters Sandra Moore (Keith Offord), HollyMoore (Scott Rossell; Jack Lauder),Leah McKetiak (Jared), and seven grandchildren (Graham, Evan, Beck, Sarah, Lily, Kat, Ethan), all of Winnipeg, as well as his sisters, Barbara (Doug) McCallum (Nova Scotia), Mary (Mario) Vaillancourt, brother Rick, all of Winnipeg and many extended family and friends.
Bruce loved his family. Christmas Eve was always a special time for his family. He loved camping, his lake, road trips, game nights, trivia, baseball, maps and travel.
The family is grateful for the dedicated and compassionate care Bruce received from his physicians, Dr. Ashlee King and Dr. Moninder Vaid, and from his Interior Health Home Support Team. A celebration of Bruce will be held on Saturday, November 12 in Winnipeg at 166 Lyndale Drive between 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
