EMILE ALARIE
November 17, 1935 - October 28, 2022


It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, and grandfather, Emile Alarie.
He will lovingly be remembered by his wife, Madeleine, children, Richard, Nicholle, and Renel, his nephew Jeff, grandchildren, Janelle, Daniel, Corey, Kaylah, Austin, Xavier, and Elizabeth, and great-grandchildren, Page, Abbygail, and Tahlia. He also leaves to mourn his passing an extended family that includes sisters, Louise, Adrienne, and Marie, sisters-in-law, Catherine and Shelley, as well as their children, and grandchildren.
We would like to express our gratitude to the staff at St. Boniface Hospital Palliative Care ward.
Cremation has taken place and a funeral and memorial service will be held in June 2023, with further details yet to be confirmed.

  • He was the greatest grandfather you could’ve asked for. Always ready to help us grow and teach us new things (while also spoiling us behind grandmas back). So many memories of bike rides, wading pools, and different ceremonies for school over the years and he’s been to every single one.   • Oncle Émile was one of the kindest & happiest people that I’ve had the pleasure of knowing. He was always smiling from ear to ear. Whenever we visited, he was always a great host, making sure we had everything we needed. Our family picnics will never be the same without him. He usually had a few special drinks in the trunk of his car that he didn’t mind sharing. He will be greatly missed. May he Rest In Peace. I would venture to say that cousin Madelaiine chose well when she met Emile. A true fine gentleman with a heart of gold. He will be greatly missed.
