It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Marlyne, our mother and wife, who passed away on October 22, 2022, surrounded by loving family.
Anyone who knew her can say she was one of a kind and she will be missed greatly.

We love you Mom. Always.

Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • We grew up together in Ville St. Pierre. Have many fond memories of all our outdoor games and then we went every Saturday night to the Dances and Lachine Canoe Club and started paddling and racing for the club. Marlyne was a member of our Kayak-4 boat and we won Canadian Championships together. Over the years we kept in touch and I visited her a few times on my drives to Montreal. Norma (another member of the Kayak-4 team and I were supposed to visit Marlyne this past Spring or summer but never got to Winnipeg and now it is too late..So it is wise never to put off things until tomorrow as tomorrow may never come or be too late. Will always remember Marlyne's sense of humour and her close friendship over the years. Bye for now Marlyne, may we meet again someday..Love and condolences to Vic, Brian and Kevin. • She was the truest of friends. There in the good times and the bad. She had the most wicked sense of humor, and the ability to make me laugh even when I never thought it possible. I will miss our goofy chats, venting sessions, and coffees. I will never find another friend like you, so grateful for all the years I was blessed with your friendship. My heart goes out to Vic, your boys and your grandchildren. I am so sorry for your loss. - Posted by: J’Lynn (Friend/Neighbour ) on: Nov 05, 2022
