FLORENCE BELYK
June 5, 1930 – October 28, 2022
It is with deep sadness we announce the peaceful passing of our dear Mother Florence.
She left this world surrounded by love.
She leaves to mourn her six children, Frances (Henry), Annie (Ken), Stefan (Betty), Holly, Wanda (Harold), Tracy (Duane) as well as 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
She is survived by sisters, Annette, Laura and brother Russell as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband Mike in 1969, her partner John Hlatkey in 2015 and sons-in-laws, Tom Leeson in 2018 and Tom Troche in 2004.
Our mother's unconditional love for us will be forever remembered and cherished. We were her world.
Mom was a professional bingo player. She spent many days playing her favourite game at McPhillips Street Station.
We gratefully thank the Kildonan Personal Care Home for taking such good care of Mom.
A private service will be held.
Friends and family are invited tovisit Florence's memorial page @interlakecremation.ca, where memories and condolences may be held.
