Condolences & Memories (3 entries)

  • My parents were good friends of the Giffords when we lived on Dudley and later on Cambridge Street. As children we played together and later in our teens partied at private parties (often at the Fosters). My brother, Dave, was a good friend of Peter’s. Dave and I were good friends, as well as brother and sister, so ended up with mutual friends such as the Gifford kids-especially Peter and Joanne. I think most of the girls in our group had a crush on Peter as he was both good-looking and nice. I have fond memories of those days! - Posted by: Sandra Little nee: Phillips (Friend of the family) on: Nov 16, 2022

  • I knew Peter and family when I was a young girl. I think I had a secret crush on Peter!! My parents were very good friends with the Gifford family on Cambridge street and Dudley avenue. I remember Peter hanging out with my brother, David and Pals. Peter was a wonderful, fun person. I am so sorry for your loss. I also lost my beloved husband recently so I do know how hard it is to lose someone you love. Sincerely, Dianne Sherk (Phillips) - Posted by: Dianne Sherk.
