Sweet condolences to Andrea & Byron and all her family... I can never forget her passing to Glory as she left us on my birthday. I'm sad that I won't see her again. She always remembered me when I came to visit and wanting to give me a hug -I will miss that. I remember a devotion she gave at a Ladies meeting yrs ago and it always stuck with me; she gave her devotion all dressed up or at least that's what wanted us to think lol - in reality she slowly revealed all the faults in her dressy wardrobe...finally revealing that her wardrobe was not of someone well-to-do or well off but poor and humble. I wish I could recall the actual spiritual application but I believe it was something to the effect that what we see about someone on the outside is not always what is inside. And I guess the reverse would be true. But I will always remember Mrs Unger as a true beauty inside and out. Our Father has blessed her greatly. I look forward to hugging her in the future. God bless you Unger family as your mom has been a blessing to me 😍 - Posted by: Marie Dekleer (Friend) on: Nov 14, 2022

I remember Betty well. She had a hearty laugh. Always so friendly and loving. Now she is with the Lord Jesus. A hymn in our hymn book I like to leave you as comfort.1/ Blessed it is when Christians sleep, They are with Christ whom they adore; Why then should we in anguish weep? They are not lost but gone before. 2/Relieved from every mortal care, By sin and sorrow vexed no more, Eternal happiness they share; They are with Christ ,just gone before. 3/ They wait for us in courts above, Where saints all meet to part no more. Embraced are they in arms of love, They are with Christ whom they adore. 4/ Soon, soon, our blessed Lord will come, And we shall meet those gone before, We then shall find in that blessed home, They are with Christ whom they adore.
