WILLIAMS: Joyce, 88 years, beloved partner of Don Lindsay, mother of Kenny, Fran and Debbie, passed away in the Souris Health Centre on Tuesday, November 15, 2022. Funeral Arrangements are pending. In memory of Joyce, donations may be made the Oak Lake Legion. Kowalchuk's Funeral Home, Souris in care of arrangements.
