MIZINCHUK: Ronald Harry Mizinchuk passed away at home on Thursday, November 24, 2022. He is survived by his long-time partner (common-law wife) Kathy Redman, son Danny, brother Eugene and numerous cousins, nephews and one niece. He was predeceased by his wife Marion, sisters Pat and Linda and twin brother Richard. Ron was a meat cutter by trade and was employed by Safeway, Burns Meats and Maple Leaf Pork in Brandon. He was very proud of his meat cutting skills. He was also an excellent perogy-maker, an avid and productive gardener and was always very generous with his produce, delighting the neighbours with cucumbers, tomatoes, potatoes and other offerings. He loved watching hockey, baseball and football and supported the Jets, Blue Jays and Bombers. Ron had a wonderful sense of humour and was a very generous person, always ready to help others when and if he saw the need. Arrangements are with Rae's Funeral Service of Shoal Lake, Manitoba and graveside service will be held in the spring of 2023 at Holy Ghost Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery in Sandy Lake.
